A world wide web service utility that connects employers with freelancers on a micro jobs level. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Microjobspace's Website, located at microjobspace.com.

By accessing this website we assume, you agree that you have read, understand and are bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Do not continue to use MicroJobspace, if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or delete portions of these Terms at any time without further notice. Your continued use of Microjobspace, after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Canada. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

  • By use of our corporate name; or

No use of Microjobspace's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Use of our site/Account Membership

Only registred users may buy and sell on Microjobspace. We only allow one sign up per IP address, our system detects the IP address of users and 
if more than one account is created from the same IP address, you will be banned and unable to join this site again.

Use of VPN is not allowed.

Standard workers can apply for 5 jobs per day. Premium workers can apply for 20 jobs per day.

Pending tasks will be marked as satisfied and paid to worker after 7 days.

Not completed tasks will be deleted after 2 days.

Payouts - withdrawals
Minimum payout is $10 ( Amount whitch users need to earn before they can request payout )
Payments are sent via PayPal
Payments are processed every day.

 

Guidelines for Employers

It is Ok to ask workers to

  • Write an Article
  • Discuss, Review or Comment on your product(s) or service(s) in forums and/or in blogs.
  • Follow you on social media, such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  • Sell forum signatures to you.
  • Blog about your product(s) and/or service(s).
  • Put your banner or link on their website.
  • Upload or Download videos, applications, ebooks, etc.
  • Bookmark your website.
  • Join a Facebook group, Like your Facebook page, Add comment to existing conversation, Post on Facebook Wall, Add a Facebook application, Join an event.
  • Add someone to Facebook, Twitter, friends list, etc.
  • Vote for you, for a contest entry, an article, image or video.
  • Sign up with your referral link.
  • Subscribe to Newsletters, RSS feeds.
  • Transcribe or Translate Audio, Image, Video and Text.
  • Extract Data.
  • Test an application or website.


It is not acceptable to ask Workers to

  • Use a credit card or disclose their credit card information.
  • Provide bank account details.
  • Sign up to websites requiring activation or membership fees.
  • Use any form of payment.
  • Spam or harm another website.
  • Give negative rating, review to a content or any other form of negative request.
  • Sign up on dating sites.
  • Visit or sign up on porn/adult related content.
  • Exchange money between payment systems.
  • Disclose personal information.
  • Sign-up for a free 14-days trial or similar offers that might risk payment charges after free trial expires.
  • Complete a survey as an offer, finish an offer, unlock a page, earn points, refresh a page X times, browse X pages, play a game, or similar tasks in order to complete a job
  • Create fake reviews of product(s) and/or service(s).
  • Email proofs to personal accounts. All proofs must be placed in the proof box.
  • Performe phone-activated tasks.

Guidelines for Workers

  • Workers must strictly follow these guidelines:
  • Every worker should only create and use one account.
  • Using several accounts is therefore strictly prohibited and will conclude in termination.
  • Every worker should use a static or at least a dynamic IP address.
  • Every Worker must avoid using Proxy/VPN connection.
  • Workers should only accept jobs they are capable of finishing. If you think you cannot deliver results, don't accept that job. 
  • Accepting a job and submitting a false proof will raise a red flag. In most cases three (3) red flags lead to account termination.
  • Workers must maintain a temporary success rate of above 75% at all times. Too many Not-Satisfied tasks will lower one’s success rate. Low success rate prevents a Worker from performing jobs for the next 30 days.
  • Worker who applies for jobs dealing with Article writing, Review writing, comment writing must ensure the submitted work is unique, original and does not contain any copied content. It is suggested that all article submissions are verified using third party verification tools such as copyscape.com. Anyone caught committing plagiarism will be banned from Microjobspace.
  • Workers must not attempt to contact Employers using the proof box. Anyone caught soliciting the Employers for tasks outside Microjobspace using the proof box will automatically be terminated.
  • We take spam seriously. Workers found posting, submitting spam, fake and/or copy-pasted proofs will automatically be banned from Microjobspace.
  • We at Microjobspace have implemented many controls that allow us to screen everything going on in our system. We will do our best to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Users whose accounts were terminated (for any reason) will no longer be allowed to participate in Microjobspace system in the future.

Transactions:

Use of Your Account : You acknowledge and agree that you may not use your Account for any illegal purpose or for any purpose that violates any of Microjobspace’s policies.

Refund Rights : You acknowledge Microjobspace is not a bank, money service business (MSB), money storage system, or a demand deposit institution.
Purchases are credited as deposits for the purpose of spending on freelance work. You may request a refund of the unspent principal amount of your transaction (less applicable transaction fees, if any) within fourteen (14) days of the date that we receive all necessary information and payment for funds and services.

Fees

We charge you small fees ( in US dollars ) when using Microjobspace’s services to help us cover the cost involved in hosting, maintaining and monitoring the platform 24/7 as follows :

  • Job approval fee:  $0.65
  • Job fee: 10%  ( will be applied, when you're satisfied with the work done. )
  • Featured job fee: $5.00
  • Bonus payments fee: $0.00
  • Premium accounts fee: $5.00

 

Disclaimers of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:


limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
